the odd min-max-close bar being moved on the mac also was weird and the volume bar having some dodgy shiny button didn't get the reason for it.
Shuffle 2G/4G [on off, shuffle/all, voice over] Nano 4G/5G/6G [hold, 6G: volume] like, btw.
huh?
Is your comment somehow related to mine you seem to be talking about iPod's not iTunes software

Guess you got it wrong
That's where Apple got that oversized button from.

I don't see the point either
But here is the relation: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/4849481/DSC04943.JPG

That 'oversized button' is the power button on iPod Shuffles and whatever else that blessedguy mentioned

That 'oversized button' is the power button on iPod Shuffles and whatever else that blessedguy mentioned, that's why it's been used in iTunes itself

RE: iTunes 10
personally i find it ill fitting with the theme, more so if you say it's a button used on hardware to suspend power to the device. That's definitely not a slider for volume, why change it's purpose for the software
Meh, who knows, ping may kick off and evolve to something amazing.... I'm not getting my hopes up

RE: iTunes 10
Does anyone use the coverflow? IDK if mine's buggy, but it doesn't remember the size when I shut it down. Everytime I open, it's on the smallest possible size.
