I'm on msn, I added a friend on one msn account she was added to my list, but the invite wasn't sent to my friend, she's tried adding me as well. I've signed into another account while signed in on the first one and she's been added and we're talking now.
I've had this problem a few times, anyone know how I can fix this it's rather annoying.

Try both removing each other (totally from Windows Live, not just as a Messenger contact) and then one of you re-add the other.  It's likely to have just been a server issue
