I installed MsgPlus yesterday on MSN Messenger 2011
and i got an error message with an option to turn off "Safe-Mode"

So i turned it off .. and it worked fine

I enabled chat logging option and started chatting but there is no logs saved

And when i check "Documents" directory , i found no "My Chat logs" folder

I'm working on Windows 7 Home edition

Help .. I need this chat log urgently !

I think Chat Logging is one of the features not supported by Messenger Plus! Live 4.9 running with Windows Live Messenger 2011. You need to wait for MP! 5 or downgrade to WLM 2009

Chat logging doesn't work on WLM 2011 yet, please read Plus 4.9 on WLM 2011. Which features work and which ones don't

[If you didn't disable Messenger's native chat logging, you can see where Messenger saved your chat history at Tools > Options > History > Conversation]

I don't know what to say ... this really bugs me

did you look in this folder ( C:\Documents and Settings\ Your User name\My Documents\My Received Files\your MSN ID \History )
you may find them there.

That would be the default WLM chat logs, not the MP!L ones.

While they could potentially be there and help the OP, most people like to prevent their computer having both sets of logs.
