Menu "Plus" disappeared of menu bar...
The Plus Live works perfectly, but the menu Plus does not appear.
What can be?
Windows 7 Home Basic 64 Bits - Wlm 2009 (14.0.8117.416) - Plus Live 4.9

Have you set WLM to use any sort of compatibility mode in Windows?

If you still have compatibility settings then remove them and restart Windows Live Messenger.
