Sorry.. I live in Thailand, and the OP obviously has Thai Windows  installed on his Computer....

2554 = 2011 in the Thai Calendar.

"Euddhist" is a Typo.. The OP meant Buddhist

Also, Thai computers don't always come with a properly licensed OS... many laptops (called notebooks here) are sold with DOS or a Pirated OS. It's quite possible the OS is a pirated copy and buggy.

I'm having the same problem on my netbook. An ASUS 1215N with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit. In my PC works normally, but in netbook not. I am in Brazil, including formated netbook thinking it was some problem related. But it does not work, I install Messenger Plus! 5, but when you start WLM is not there, does not carry anything, not even in the options. Look at the installed programs and WLM 2011:

What id you download Plus! 5 again and simply install it a second time? Run the installer twice in a row if you have to. I know it sounds strange, but a few people reported that worked for them.

If that doesn't help... does Plus! 4.9 work on that system? That version may not show the Plus! icon because it isn't fully compatible with WLM 2011, but it should at least display 'Plus!' in the menubar.

I've done it twice in a row installed, uninstalled everything, WLM, Messenger Plus! 5, even formatted the netbook, but it does not work. In my PC works.

That right, I try everything. It doesn't work.

Maybe your netbook and my notebook driver(ex. touchpad) will malfunction the MP!5.(I don't sure) It's only thing that is different from my PC.

To release an update which solve the problem, the developers would need to know what exactly causes the problem. We can try to find this but we would need to know more details.

I see you have the latest graphic drivers.
What about .Net framework?
DirectX?
Latest Flash installed?
A virus scanner? If so, did you try to disable it during the installation?
Did you try a clean install of Windows Live Messenger?
