so, I'll sign onto msn and start talking to people but then every now and then, my convo screen will go blank and then just restart itself!! it's getting really annoying...why does this keep happening?!
fyi, I don't know if it makes a difference but my computer runs on Vista...it'd be great if someone had some suggestions! Thanks!
First we need to determine if Messenger Plus! is the cause. Do you have Messenger Plus! installed? If yes, please uninstall Messenger Plus! and tell if the problem still occurs.
