Hello,

I've decided to forward all my messages from Hotmail to my Gmail account but I've noticed it only synchronizes the messages received in the Inbox (main) folder.
Is there a way to sync the folders (from my hotmail account) too?

No...

If you want to devide/sort your incoming email into folders you need to  do it on the final recipient, not on the first recipient. Thus, in your case, where GMail is the final recipient, you need to make filters/rules on GMail to place incomming email into the proper folders and remove all filters/rules you may have on Hotmail.

GMail also has that '+' disposable email thing, you could set hotmail to forward it to email+folder@gmail.com, email+folder2@gmail.com, and then setup the filter options to put what where from Gmail.

it's ok, I was mainly doing that because I wanted my android to sync with all my email addresses but I managed to do it with Hotmail perfectly
