MSN is indeed often used as a short for Messenger.
However, "
MSN Plus" is
NOT the same as "
Messenger Plus!"!!!!

MSN Plus" is a completely
DIFFERENT program/service from Microsoft itself, which has got nothing to do with Messenger Plus!.
Also, as Matty already pointed out: the "
Live" tag at the end is not used anymore in Messenger Plus!.
Thus, the correct name is "
Messenger Plus! 5" or if you want to shorten it: "
MsgPlus!".
Everything else is wrong and
will be confusing. Mostly because "
MSN Plus" is an existing but completely different program.
