I am having big problems with my messenger,
it started about 3 weeks ago, when I tried to access my e-mail inbox by clicking on the email icon or the pop up box that appears when you get an email  and nothing happened.
then 2 weeks ago if i clicked on either of these it just logged me off messenger.
so I thought id try tools and help and when i clicked on there it logged me off.
and now the only thing that works in my contacts, I can chat to contacts and even add contacts--but if i try to share pics or send files etc it just logs me off.
if I click on anything other than contacts it logs me off--plus i cant see any cams the invites dont even come through and if i try to invite its says
  Messenger is not available right now. Please try again later. (0x8ac70013A
Also my hotmail isnt working properly
I have actually uninstalled all of windows live  and redownloaded and installed it--
and it is still the same
can someone help it is doing my head in.

Does it work from another computer that isn't in your house?

In all honesty we aren't Microsoft it may be better to get in touch with them. But it sounds like a server hiccup if both your Hotmail and WLM will not sign in.

They will sign in but dont work properly.
The problems are as in my original message.
Ive not tried on another computer but I woudl imgine it does
I suspect that something on my computer is causing the problem--just wondered if anyone could put a finger on what, so I can fix it.
