Hi I am a new comer in this forum and I used plus for a long year.
The problem I am facing is that when I decrypt a log file which saved my message, the results is
"Decryption failure! Please use another computer to open it or restart your computer"
I did enter the correct password but I still cannot open the file...
Can any one give me a help?
