skins, and sound pack editor and a file association to customize the look and sounds of skype, and as users sends their contributions, create a skins/sounds package download (sub-page) for skype since MSN already has one I guess. Well maybe also a script package like MSN too.
If MSN Plus could have those why not in skype also, since it is similar and now MSN is merging with Skype, including the contact lists ?!
