his mates @ school called him Patchou or sumthing and when he had to fill in his name in software or on the internet or sumthing he filled in 'Patchou'

'Pâte d'choux' would have two stresses...

I actually say 'Patchou'...

Edit: looking in my dictionary, pâte d'choux could also mean 'cabbage pastry'...
