Hey I was having trouble registering VB DLLs and after a quick search found this nice script which adds the option to register/unregister a dll to the right click -> send to menu, works like a dream:D

Hope others find it useful:)

Attachment is VBScript a VB script, run it by double clicking or right clicking and choose run in command prompt(h)
