Does anybody know what he means by "Tab manager"

It would help if you'd say who talked about the tab manager...
I think it's a program in which you can edit your tabs easily, like removing old ones, adding new ones, customising the order of the tabs...

But I'm wondering if it edits a file on your PC or did he mean he's gonna let us have some sort of account on his server that has a tab manager.

I'd go for the file on your computer.

There is no cache kept on the local machine any more, even though some people recon ListCache.dat stores a cache of it . Every single time MSN Messenger 6.1 is used it downloads it (from my server if you are using my service).

Well i for one am so happy that someone has taken the time to make this patch and even work on somthing that in his space will let us make our own custom tabs. Thankyou Jared I really didnt think they would ever see daylight again lol.
