Indeed a bug! It should also gray out when you put in a 'path'...
(btw: 'description' is not actually a discription of the notification, it's more like: 'text that should display')

P.S.

The version thing in Messenger Plus! would be better like this:

Windows Version: %version%
MSN Messenger Version: %version%
Windows Messenger Version: %version%
Messenger Plus! Version: %version%

Maybe checking if it's that latest version and telling if it is or isn't would be nice to.

checking if it's the latest version might be considered as 'spying' and it would cost resources... and,  we have the auto-update, and at IRC we always say "Are you sure you've got the latest version?"

Do you think that there could be a menu that pops up when you type '/' to type a command? just like the menu that pops up when you type '(' for the emoticons? It'd be easier then having the remember all of the commands off by heart - i have to keep checking them...
