Not exactly, because you would only see that if you leave the mouse over the link for a long time. I meant div tooltips, like many sites use for advertising. basically the same, but can be customized and show instantly. Also, they are harder to make

it could goanywhere in reality but what is wrong with the current location. most people are fine with it

yeah. But it goes right under the message. Even a simple <p> sould be ok so that it gives it a gap.
