You have registered with TabServ, no? And you did use your MSN Messenger email to register, no? It is all explained in the TabServ homepage.... and also again here on the forum.

IIS = Internet Information Service

A webserver like Apache, but IIS is from Microsoft and designed for ASP & ASP.net
