err... sorry for replying in an old thread but i know what was the problem. My stupid outlook, due to an only-microsoft-knows reason, decided to add (or remove) some line breaks, and it displayed a yellow zone just above the "from" field where you can click and see the original message. (you know what i mean, don't you?)

anyway, thanks for your replies and i'll look for an option to disable that thing
