lol, no.
plus lite isn't a program, it's a forums, like these ones. you can talk there about plus with the diference that plus lite aren't the official forums

whois information can be falsified easyly. Anyway, for those how don't know what's whois or can't execute it, that domain was registered by Patchou

If I may say so... I find it very confusing that there would be another big forum (just the same as this one, except that one will have some more catagories)...
