Well sposing computer speakers could make a high enough pitched sound, cos everything should break at a certain frequency? The internals might get a bit wrecked lol. Worth a try...

Its a shame about your server, i'd never heard of patchou.com before, i'll have to visit when its back up or is it already back up?

well either guido or patchou (99%sure its patchou) has the main page for patchou.com up but there's nothing else. i think the only reason its there is because he dosnt want anybody to think that he is gone or something.. and because it has the link to msgplus.net

The server that Patchou.com, Fraisie.net etc was on was a dedicated server leased from ev1servers.net. You pay a monthly fee, they give you a server, etc. You are free to do whatever you want with your server for the most part. I think the only thing you can't do is host porn .  Currently, "Patchou.com" is hosted on the same server as msgplus.net. Seems that Fraisie.net is too, but the hosting account for it isn't set up yet. I think Patchous plan was to buy a totally new Windows 2k3 server.

lol patchou alwas had a personal website just its partly in french and everybody goes to msgplus.net now  i remeber the good old days when it was patchou.com/msgplus and it had a frontpage theme on it

wow! thats really bullshitty of them. its one thing to hack in, say wahts wrong, and then leave (homeless hacker), but completely different to destroy it completely.

i'll agree that win2k3 is perhapse more secure, but then again there was the code leak a few weeks ago...... u just need to make sure that it stays virus free and has a firewall (which i'm sure the leasers have). just be careful with this one (not that u werent with the last)

At the end of the day if it's going to be hacked it's going to be hacked no matter how much maintaince or updating you do theres holes and people find them.  If it's coming down it'll come down.  Theres nothing we really can do except hope it doesnt happen again!
