make close or the whole text clickable so it would close the frame

are you so lazy to not click the X? blah... it's a good idea, however i'm not sure if that possible, because the page where that text should go isn't the one that is loaded when the window open, so it hasn't got the reference to the window (or whatever needed) to make the javscript code to close the window....

i don't know if you get me but maybe wdz can explain it better (or correct me in case i'm worng)

I think I know what Choli means, but I'll try it just to see what happens.

It should close as long as the window is own by the web site and not by the user (a manually opened browser can't be closed by Javascript, but a browser opened by Javascript can be always closed by Javascript).

Hmm... IE doesn't have a problem with the window.close().

BTW Huuf, what's wrong with clicking the close button ([X])?

Works for Firefox (as expected )

Hmm... did anyone else notice those big gray bars above the tables on the report pages? They only showed up in IE... I think I got rid of them now.
