i think it should, and have help pages for people who want to start making emoticons

I don't want to upload and/or add everyone's custom emoticons to my smilie inserter page... they can upload them on their own sites and copy/paste URLs in [img] tags.

Also isnt it possible when inserting an emoticon tag (like : lol : ) it will convert it to an img url?

why would we want to use crappy user made emoticons ??? theres already 217 ( yes i counted ) ones to choose from .... no need for shitty paint renditions
