Hey.. can anyone tell me if its better to use 6.1 or 6.2? it seems there are a few problems with 6.2 or am i wrong? please tell me your opinion. THanks

I would not say there are problems, its just different and new thats all, once you get used to it its not so bad

MSN Messenger 6.2 has been unreleased pending a last minute bug fix...it was released for a few hours so quite a lot of people have it...I'm using 6.2 because I downloaded it before the recall and can't be arsed to use 6.1 since 6.2 works fine...

Yes, in fact there are some problems/bugs with 6.2 and that's why Microsoft hasn't released publicly 6.2 yet. It's been said M$ will release it on Monday. I'd suggest you to stay with 6.1 and wait until M$ puts 6.2 in http://messenger.msn.com (and not in http://messenger.msn-int.com which is an internal site for M$'s betas)

so youre sayin that they removed 6.2 cuz of a bug?

Theoretically you shouldn't even have 6.2, it's only officially released on Monday. So, that being said, I suggest you stick with 6.1 for a while, I mean..come on, it's just one more day =).

But without theory ETC ETC  I've went back to 6.1 As i dont like some features in the new 6.2 like Graphic emotions and the mobile contacts   I just hope Microsoft dont force an upgrade on me

I would choose MSN 6.2, there are some upgrades,But hey, 1 is better than 2 right?

In this case, no. In the current version of MSN 6.2 are a few bugs which could crash your pc. I reccomend people to stay with 6.1 until Microsoft releases thier fixed 6.2 (probally on monday).

Once a fixed version of 6.2 is released it would probally be the best to switch to 6.2 because of the security fixes in that version
