Much like Winamp 5 has global hotkeys, a shortcut key for showing/hiding the contact list without the need to double click the tray icon would be great (and simple).

(e.g.: i show/hide winamp with windows+w, I would like to show/hide messenger with windows+g or whatever).

The problem is: where to put that option in the preferences?

Guido: If you use a non-polygmy patched messenger, you can make a shorcut to the messenger executable, assign it a shoutcut keys and use them to show the contact list. To hide it, you can use Alt + F4

oh dont get me wrong guido i love ur graphics . i like programs that arnt overly user- frendly which plus is starting to become
