well you can type /info and fill the personal info for each contact. There you can write things about them, like time zones etc...

Well, the Contact Information windows has been created just for that purpose. I agree it's simple but I've especially allowed a lot of text to be entered in this window to let you add any information you want (like timezones). It's neet and simple . I could do some kind of "remote info request" but the textr would be limited to 1100 characters and I'm not sure that it would be that useful (after all, MSN profiles are there to serve that purpose).
