O.P. IE Search Changed
After installing Messenger Plus! (I did click ACCEPT in error) Now my Search Engine continues to go to some search-exe.com or something. I don't want that. I want it to stay on MSN search. How can I get rid of this default?
What are the file extentions so I can remove all the applications that were added in Add/Remove. I read a post that directed to another post and it said nothing about removing the software. So please.. someone help

Follow the instructions on that thread to uninstall Plus!, and then reinstall it without accepting the sponsor agreement.
That should solve it

OK .. I did that. It still brings up the same search engine that I've never had until I installed MSN Plus! It's still reconfiguring my defaults and make it my default search engine.

Please change your post from saying MSN Plus! to Messenger Plus!
Save the attachment, extract the registry key and run it. You may open it in Notepad to make sure there isn't anything bad in it.
Restart your computer, and try again

Well there is a help file (sort of), on the internet, @ the Messenger Plus! Site.
There you can find the FAQ page. Then find the specific problem such as How can I remove the advertisements from my system?, Where they give you an answer it also gives a link to the related thread
