can someone tell me how i can use the transparent thing cuz i went to my options and its there but its greyed out so that i cnt click it or even adjust the setting of it how do i use it!!!

You need to have Windows 2000 or Windows XP to use that feature.

well, have you tried to reinstall plus? also, what's the output of the tag (!VER)?

Are you sure you have Windows 2000 and not Windows Millennium (ME) -- they are not the same.
