O.P. QuickQuote
WDZ, Quick Quote isn't working properly for me - well actually - It works fine under IE, but when using Opera 7.11 it loads the quote: Originally posted by username here
but that is it, doesn't actually get what they said.
Anyone else having this problem with opera?

Just hovering is a problem?
I thought you actually had to make a selection... click and drag...

RE: QuickQuote
Yah.. It's rather buggy, always has been, if you select a piece and then unselect it and quick quote somebody else, strange things happen.. Also after selecting once, it's rather hard to impossible to quote the entire reply (with all emoticons etc, by unselecting and pressing quick quote).
Running Opera 7.50 build 3778.

Ok, upgraded to opera 7.51 and quick quote works properly
And forum layout looks normal (with 7.11 the quick reply box was way the hell on the right hand side of the screen)

That bug is the result of fixing another bug.
I found that when you selected some text and clicked the button, the selection was blank. Opera was considering the button click to be a selection...

If you quote the wrong thing, just go back to the post and click the button again (without making more selections, of course). It's an annoyance, but it always works for me.
