/noformat does not disable any tags, like (!IP), (!VER), (!PVER), etc. ...

You need to use /text to tell Plus! not to parse those tags

/noformat only disable smilies and formatting (colors, bold, italic...). Tags are still parsed. You can use /text to send tags without parsing

In my oppinion, it will be good to remove /text and /noformat commands, and add 1 simple one that will do al the 3 things: /raw

Yes, however you have to take into consideration that someone may want to send a text with a Tag or Command, but not an emoticon, or send a smiley but not pass the tag. This is why its nice to have these options for different purposes

I'm pretty sure also that the /text command would be the same as what you want with the /raw command.

Yep, I agree, but you can not disable all 3 things (format, tags and emoticons) in 1 message

So, it's still kinda messy.
This would be perfect:

/noformat
/noicon
/notag
/nofilter (for example when sending URL's containing filtered words, would be very handy)
/raw (disables all and everything)

Yea that’s true... the only one you can't disable with /text is the format.  /commands shouldn’t work anyway unless you used them at the beginning.

/raw  command would be good to disable all, emotiocns, tags and formatting

I edited my first post, i meant not "format, (!TAGS) and /commands" but "format, tags and emoticons"...

not always.

/text disables tags and commands, but you can still send format if instead of the format tags ((!FC), (!FB), etc...) you use the special characters (Ctrl + B, Ctrl + K, etc...)
