i've got a probleme with Messenger Plus! 3.0.1
My PC turn off when i quit the window of videoconference and just with this. When i use msn alone, there's no probleme.

Can you help me!!!!

First on your check list of things to make sure you have:

1.  Latest version of motherboard drivers.
2.  Latest version of video drivers.
3.  Latest version of sound drivers.
4.  Latest version of Direct X.
5.  Latest version of your Video Cam software/drivers.


You may wish to double check to see if your cam software is compatible with your operating system, especially if it's an older cam.  Most sites have updated software to ensure compatibility.

Thank you for your reply but i've got all the last driver for my pc and my webcam works very well when I d'ont use MSN+. The problem comes just when I use MSN+: my pc reboot and it stops like you unplug the electric cable.

a program might be using it when you unplug it or msn takes control, and when it looses its control over it, that might cause it to lock up.. um well when your not using it in msn and u unplug it, does the same thing happen?

It's the first time I see this problem with my pc. But I think that the webcam works correctly because I use it with other program. It just since I use MSN plus that the problem appear and when i stop Msn plus and use just msn it works well. So i think that the problem comes from MSN plus.
