I need an exe hacker that can let you insert a menu into a program. For example in Microsoft Explorer there is File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools and Help. Can i add a menu next to help, with a wonderfull program that is hopefully out there?

ResourceHacker isn't an illegal application. It is a normal resource editor which is perfectly legal. It is what you do with it (changing parts of MSN Messenger) that is illegal...

Like jwb said, if you know a programing language you can put a menu in every window.
You can even response in menu clicks...
If you want, i can make you a program that adds a menu into IE...

Cookie, it may be a legal program, but it is not allowed on this forum. 
There was another thread asking about Reshacker, and I posted a reply telling about it and I attached the file to my post.  JMac took off the attachment and edited our posts to remove the stuff about ResHacker.  I would say thats a good sign it isn't allowed.

Legal programs ARE allowed. period.

It must have been another reason why the post was edited then. Btw, don't attach the program, or any program for that matter.
1) it's big
2) the attachment-dir on the server is already full of needless attachments
3) you can give the link where the people always can download the latest version, that link is called the homepage of the program . For Resource Hacker this is: http://www.users.on.net/johnson/resourcehacker/

This goes for any programs, if you wanna give good advise, then give the link to a program, not the program itself...

Furthermore... Patching MSN Messenger IS and always will be illegal. So, technically this isn't allowed either on the forum. But for patching MSN Messenger there can an exception be made, because of the whole scene/community of loaders/patchers/tweakers/addons/etc etc...
