I'm using MSN Messenger 6.2.0137 and MsgPlus! 3.01.94. I have been keeping logs of chats using MsgPlus! for a few months now and decided to encrypt them. When I enter a password and click OK it asks if I want to encrypt my chat logs. I click yes and it encrypts all logs in my "Laptop Chat Logs" folder, but not any in the subdirectories from previous months ("April" and "May").

I tried to encrypt my previous months' logs by dragging them into the "Laptop Chat Logs" folder and repeating the process as if they were current logs, but all that happens is it encrypts the logs but when I try and open them it says I've entered the wrong password.

Hope you can find a fix to this as I'd really like to be able to encrypt logs other than the current month's.

So the only thing I can do at the moment is unencrypt the logs?

unfortunatley, for the moment that's all you can do. is to unencrypt your files until the next patch, Plus3.1, except for that problem , i happen to think that meseenger plus is a great add-on.... great work Patchou ! ! !
