There's a quick-command line in Msg Plus called (!WAT) that automatically pastes the current name of the song being played in Winamp. My suggestion is that somehow, this be able to be used in your MSN name.

There are plugins out there, but they never seem to work.

Something along the lines of...

"now playing:
(!WAT)"

which would change every time the song changed...

"now playing:
The Hives - Hate To Say I Told You So"

I think it'd be a great option, since so many people use Winamp.

This can be achieved through a quick text, but you must keep the window in which you first use that command open for it to work. For example, I have this as a command for myself (the quick text is aliased as "nickname"):

#9#/nickname

The #9# stands for 9 seconds, that can be any single digit number.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Using the /nick command worked for (!WAT), but it doesn't change every time I change the song.

I tried entering your command as an example, but it didn't work. My name didn't even change.

Could you be a little more elaborate?

is there a way to make it keep repeating ? or do u have to just repeat the code over and over again

and if your quicktext is named /nickname and you end the quicktext with /nickname, it'll start over again again until you close the message box in which you entered the quick text

That doesn't quite answer my question.

I changed the number to 1 and it still didn't work after waiting.

To make it change when the song changes you need a plugin (Is there one?)
and even then it would not be an instant change when the song changes because all the plugin does is change your nick to the currently playing song every 10 seconds or so

Song 2 Nick and a few others, but he is right, they are piss poor most of em. Can I point out that a name change every 3 mintues will piss some ppl off btw. Especially the ones that have Msg. plus! tellnig them of a nickname change.
