Okay. So I had MSN messenger 6.2. I then downloaded MSN PLUS.

I didnt want it anymore so I uninstalled it (took too long to load and such) but before I uninstalled it I tested some things out and re named one of my contacts.

Once I had it uninstalled I re-opened my normal MSN and everyones screen names had gone and been replaced with their email addresses.

Can someone please help me get the screen names back?

I've tried to download MSN again but it simply doesnt work. Is there ANY way of getting them back? Just having the emails is highly annoying.

In the main window, cick the contacts menu
Contacts -> Sort Contacts by -> Display name

Please note that MSN Plus! is a totally different thing, owned by Microsoft, I assume you mean Messenger Plus!

Messenger Plus! loads with everything on your computer at boot up it doesn't take "too long" to load...Whenever the process is active MSN Messenger will contain Plus!, I don't understand how it could take to long to load up...

If you read what I wrote I never once said anything about pressurising him/her into using Messenger Plus!. What I said was that his\her reasons for wanting to uninstall Messenger Plus! were flawed and that another source of interference is most likely the cause of the problem...
