Right i am having problems with the sounds i can hear and send sounds but i cannot customize them the customize button does not show i will attach a screenshot of this

Still waiting for the screenshot; however, sounds cannot be customised in any way.

text that is displayed and the sound that is played are two different things...

You said customizing the sounds, this can't be done....

You can however put some text behind the soundcommand, and that text will be shown instead of the default one...

eg:
/sbrb I'm back in a minute
