You're asking for a block checker. Fact is, there are no good ones out there. If I check the box "Only contacts in my allowed list can see my status and send me messages" - which I have - then everyone else will see me as offline. This includes block checkers. So even if I were online, block checkers would always detect me as being offline.
A bit more detailed: block checkers allow you to enter the email address of your contacts, and if it shows online there, while they're offline in your list, you've been blocked.
Note: these checkers are very unreliable, as I said before: with my settings, even if I were online, block checkers would always detect me as being offline.
