i WAS able to record music from the web, and my media players with programs like Adobe audition  but for some reason it doesn't record anythind but my own voice.. 

and the problem is  i want to record music and not my voice

can someone help me

If you use XP this is the method, in other Windows version's its similar...
Start > All Programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Volume Control > Options > Properties > Recording > Tick the boxes you wish to record, when you are done click OK. Now Adobe audition should record all the web audio. Also Windows Sound Recorder will for sure after that.
