What happened to the Messenger Plus! forums on msghelp.net?

O.P. Event monitor
In the event monitor I see someone come Online but in my contact list he appear Offline.
What does it mean?

it could mean that they have blocked you

No it couldn't, when you block someone the other person sees you as offline...as if it was normally offline, it has to do with the protocol...
As for the "event monitor" I believe you mean the "contact information window" it merely shows events that have happened in chronological order, it should say offline above the online status somewhere, and could you give us a screenshot?

As far as I know, there was (is?) a bug that caused people to appear offline in your list, while they were actually online. This might be causing it, I think :-/
