While you at it, there are some more quirks...
Green circle: space in front of the paragraph, which shouldn't be there... (very small detail though)
But then, red circles: in MSIE, there is a gap between the border and the top image. This occurs in Afrikaans, English, Japanese, Mayar, Nederlands...
This isn't a case of too long text somewhere though. It has something todo with MSIE placing the topimage more to the left then Mozilla browsers. As you can see in the blue circle, the image is placed a few pixels under the black border. Thus starting at pixel 1 of the border, no matter the borderwidth. In Mozilla based browsers the image is placed next to the blackborder (see other sshot), thus, no gaps there... In some languages listed above, this gap is very big.
