Might be, but doubleclick is easier: doubleclick > continue with what i did while PC loads window (not that it takes long ) > continue with what i do while i read the name and email adress > close window > and resume work.

Also when a toast windows pops up and i want to know who that is i just click on the toast window instead of looking the name up in the contactlist.
