I was wondering if there's anyway to find out if someone ELSE has blocked YOU.

If so could someone please tell me how to find out?

No; as you kind of said yourself, it's a privacy issue.
You may find block checkers around, but they're unreliable and will definitely not give you a reliable answer.

I believe Microsoft fixed the flaw that the block checkers used to see if somebody had blocked you. Now that the flaw is fixed, hardly any block checkers work to my knowledge.

We could not give you a sure fire way to do it because the security flaw in which block checkers used has been fixed. Now the only way Block Checkers can work is if the contact has "Block all other users not on my contact list" unchecked.
