I was trying to add some animated emotion pics to my msn messenger. 

But why those animated pics appear non-animated while I use them in messenger?

Can anyone help me with this?

It is not possible to have animated custom emoticons, just as it is not possible to have an animated display picture.

Hopefully Plus! could have this feature soon!

This affexts the MSN protocol and therefore cannot be done by Plus! We're hoping that it'll be put into MSN 7.0

Not very likely at all theres to many limitations that need to be imposed on animations to ensure they don't cause damage to other machines
