I'm posting for a friend of mine who isn't very forum savvy.

For some reason her Plus! button above the Send button in every conversation window has dissappeared completely. I've searched the forus but have come up with nothing. Is this a known bug and i there a way to cure it?

Main window: Plus! | Preferences | Instant messages | Enhance the formatting toolbar ... (Perhaps this item has become unticked?)
