how can i make an animated avatar?
i want to make mine the irish_king, animated

Search google for gif-animator or something like that, there are many freeware / shareware programs around there which can do that, i use Ulead GIF Animator 5 but it's shareware and you can only use it for 15 days, here is the link: http://www.ulead.com/ga/runme.htm
Or just try searching for one at www.downloads.com.
But your avatar can't be bigger than 15 kb.

or i can make one for you and its all simple just use fireworks... complicated though
