Main Messenger Window > Plus! > Preferences > Contact List > Custom Contact Names > check Display custom contact names...make sure it's checked...and click OK, then you should be able to use custom contact name, but I'm having trouble understanding your English slightly...this what you want?

now i understand that i have 4.7, and this option will work only in verssion 6.

4.7 = Windows Messenger
6 = MSN Messenger

Yeah, I'd actually recommend using Msg Plus only with MSN Messenger; it wasn't really designed to work properly with Windows Messenger...
