Interesting Plug-In Idea...  actually it exists in Messenger Plus Plus, but that is a buggy program, MSN Plus is much better. Anyways, integrate more SMS support in MSN Plus, such as notifications when a user logs on, changes name, etc...

illusion8055, I'm a bit confused, are you saying MSN Plus! is better than Messenger Plus? They are two separate things...Messenger Plus! currently doesn't integrate with SMS in any way, nor can it...and a plugin certainly can't...

I don't think you are referring to MSN Plus, you are referring to Messenger Plus! created by Patchou. MSN Plus! is a service owned by Microsoft...below are the links so you can inspect the difference

As far as I can see, they have some SMS plug-ins there designed to integrate with Windows Messenger, unfortuantely I don't have too much programming experience, so I don't know exactly how that would work. Anyways, just a suggestion.

PS. Getting SMS'd about a name change would indeed be annoying, but it was just a suggestion along the same lines. I know I would definately not have that option turned on.

there was here some guy who did a plugin like that that worked.. at least, that's what he said..
