Is it possible to make a plugin which adds more text formatting options?
If so would someone make one?

Text formats like wavy line through text or double underline.

Sounds like a good idea, but I think that is actually types of fonts. If you search for fonts on google and install them, you may find one with a squiggly line through, but I highly doubt it. If you really want it you could always create your own font and use that.

Indeed, there could be graphical based workarounds...
but currently without extra font settings it's impossible
I doubt this is a high priority idea
