Try this freeware program,
PrintFolders. It's capable of reading ID3 tags and outputting to text or html. It has plenty of options too.
Here's an example of what it generated for one of my MP3 folders (I took a screenshot of the text just to make sure it shows properly)...
Would that work?
Oh, BTW, the help file says it supports the following ID3 fields...
