Let me answer what I can:
1) What Is Delphi?
2) What is Microsoft C ++? is it anything like Visual Basic?
Delphi, C++ and VB are programming languages.
There is no such thing as Microsoft C++, the closes thing to that would be C#, which is a mod of the C++ version.
You're probably refering to the Microsoft Development Environment, some compilers and editors and debuggers, ... to develop programs with using C++. (Microsoft Visual Studios).
And C++ is ike VB in that aspect that it can be used to make programs.. But C++ is much more low-level, meaning, you have alot more control over what you do, and how you do it, and you have a wider range of possibilities with it. Yet it's more complex.
Personally, I think the VB programming syntax is very very limited, and allows for very little style and dynamicness in your programs, where as C++ is an increadibly beautiful language. (Yet I prefer Java).
3) What Is McAfee Quick Clean?
No Idea, I recon some sort of virus scanner..
4) What Is Windows Nemesis 2.0 ?
No idea here as well.
5) What Is Perl?
Perl is a programming language as well, but the diffrence with the others I explained above is that, this language is Interpreted, instead of Compiled. Meaning that, it isn't converted to Machine Code, but stays in its normal syntax. (C++ programs are converted to code which only your OS will understand, while Perl programs can be understood by both you and the 'interpreter', the interpreter is a program which runs the program. There is no need to convert a Perl program to Machine Code before you can execute it.). That's why It's often used in CGIs for example.
6) What Is Norton Ghost?
A program that makes a Ghost image of your hard disks, and uses this to recover or restore it to a previous state. A ghost image is kind of a copy of the hard disk, in a previous state. (Therefore, ghost, something that was and no longer is, but used to represent what was).
7) Does Anybody Know A Site That Shows FTP Severs That You Can Connect To? As In Trade?
