  I would like to know if some exists plugin for Plus that has the option of MessengerDiscovery that is to be offline and even so to talk with he/she wants wants us, if he/she doesn't have that plugin for MSNPlus it would be interesting some to implement.

As far as I know, such a plug-in has not been made

I remember that someone was going to make a plugin that was a .php script to do this, i dunno if its still in development or not.
